We completed our participation in the “Strive and Rise Programme,” serving as mentors to two mentees. Throughout the program, we accompanied them in various activities while sharing our experiences.
Through ongoing interaction and exchange, we supported the mentees in exploring their personal directions and building confidence from the perspective of learning, growth, and practical experience. This process also prompted us to reflect on the relationship between design and personal development, extending our thinking on the role of design in social and educational contexts.
This engagement not only fostered intergenerational connection and understanding, but also allowed us to further realize our sense of social responsibility beyond design practice.
