1. Why deduct me twice?The first one is a confirmation order (by UC Services Group Limited), did not deduct your payment,
the second message you received (by PayPal) is to confirm the deduction.
2, I am afraid charged multiple times?
We cannot charge you for extra money, because using PayPal, Stripe, online payment methods is subject to your authorized amount.
We can only charge the specified amount. If you are not sure, you can according the transaction number to inquiry your bank.
3. Why do not receive the delivery notification?
If you do not receive the delivery notice, you may have incorrectly filled in the recipient's mobile number when placing the order,
so that the courier company cannot contact you. If you find any problem, please contact us immediately.
4, I received the tracking number, but failed to check the delivery status?
This may mean that the courier has received the parcel and processing, please check later.
5, I do not have any online payment methods?
You can contact us by email to indicate the items and quantity you want to purchase, and we will respond to you other payment methods.
