Founded in 2018, UC Design Lab is a Hong Kong-based design consultancy specializing in product design. Rooted in everyday observation, we uncover hidden needs, shape clear concepts, and translate them into thoughtful, future-ready design solutions. We help clients move ideas from concept to execution across product development, spatial experiences, and technology-led exploration.
